1 sawal yeh hai ki fit kaise rahe ?
jiska jawab main aapne sabdon mein dena chahta hoon
doston sabse pehle hamen yah janna hoga ki fit ya fitness ka matlb kya hota hai.
fit ya fitness ka sidha matlb in batton se hai ki woh wyakti pehli baat ki mota nahi ho
dusri baat agar wo aadmi mota nahi hai to iska matlb wo bilkul fit hai yeh bhi nahi hai .
fitness ka matlb yah hai ki us aadmi ki cardiovascular conditioning jaise ki
uski liver or heart kitne majboot aur healthy hain .
wajan to dikh jata hai ki wo mota hai lekin yeh nahi dikhta hai humen ki uski kidney ya heart kitni
majboot hai .uska resting heart rate kya hai .
chaliye doston kuch baten batata hoon ki ek unhealthy person ko kaise pehchane.....
1 uska body lachila nahi hona
2 us aadmi ya aurat ka wajan normal se jyada ho overweight
3 us insaan ke pass jyada takat nahi ho muscle nahi ho kisi kaam ko karne mein jaldi thak jaata ho
Doston maine fitness ke ek pehlu ka to zikr kiya ab aage main iske doosre pehlu ka zikr karta hoon
ki hum yeh kaise jaane ki ideal weight kya hona chahiye ek insaan ki jo hamen
BMI (body mass index)
isse yah pata chalta hai ki aap fit hain under weight hain ya overweight .
BMI (20-23 ) tak hota hai wo bande fit kehlate hain
BMI (20 ) se kam jinka bmi hota hai wo bande underweight hote hain
BMI (23-35) matlb yeh hai ki aap overweight hain aapka weight normal nahi hai .
